“Why did you decide to work with me?

From our initial conversation I thought that you can help me get a different perspective in terms how I was working and managing the practice. Having worked the same way over many years I wanted new ideas and processes in terms of the way I was managing my practice.

What have you managed to achieve with working with a coach?

I have managed to implement new technologies to better work collaboratively across my two dental practices and although not using it to its full potential, we have started in terms of tasks and use of shared spreadsheets.

What efficiencies have you implemented in the dental practice?

Pallvi led a workshop with the whole reception team and the two owners to help pull together a communications plan to include an online presence such as Instagram. This helped motivate the team. People had an opportunity to raise any issues, but the outcome was that people took ownership of tasks to drive them forward. We are still working on this.

Would you recommend working with me?

Yes, I would. This is the first time that I have worked with a coach. You listened and my mind is thinking of many different things, and you brought focus back on the topic of concern. You were very organised and reminded me of my previous session’s tasks.

You brought great perspective on how other organisations work from which I could learn. You understood the business processes and the sessions were very interactive. ”
